About Daybreak

This airy space is classic with a modern twist. Daybreak has a beautiful timeless white wall dressed with classic yet unique trim and a second wall with a textured French Washed finish. Lush drapery, decadent florals, stunning furniture and a large full length arched mirror all take part in making this space a dreamscape. The tones of this space are light and neutral which make Daybreak a versatile backdrop for all sorts of content creation and photography.

Rates

All rates are per room, and applicable to HST. Bulk hour discounts are applied automatically based on the total amount of hours being booked. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we have a soft cap of 8 people per room. If you wish to have additional guests, a large group fee of $50/hour will be applied, up to a maximum of 12 guests. More than 12 guests will require another room to be booked. We do not provide photography services, just the rental of the rooms!

  • 5 - 10 hours -15%
  • 10 hours+ -20%
  • Half day (6 hours) rental for all spaces$1300($1500 Sat-Sun)
