About Daybreak

This airy space is classic with a modern twist. Daybreak has a beautiful timeless white wall dressed with classic yet unique trim and a second wall with a textured French Washed finish. Lush drapery, decadent florals, stunning furniture and a large full length arched mirror all take part in making this space a dreamscape. The tones of this space are light and neutral which make Daybreak a versatile backdrop for all sorts of content creation and photography.

Christmas Installation

Our Christmas installation is a festive and elegant setup that is perfect for family photos, Christmas cards, and more! The installation will be available for photoshoots from October 25th to December 31st.

Daybreak Setup One

  • • Two 7ft tall green Christmas trees adorned with gold ornaments, pearl garlands, warm string lights, and gold bead chains on either side of the fireplace.
  • • Evergreen garland on the fireplace mantel with red berries, gold bows, and bead accents. Candlesticks in gold holders and three white knit stockings arranged across the mantel.
  • • A wreath with gold ornaments, ribbon, and beads centered above the fireplace.
  • • Black Boucle fabric bench in centerstaged; in front of the fireplace framed by the evergreen trees, wrapped presents in gold and red accents and the large floor mirror behind the left tree, reflecting its decorations.

This setup is a symmetrical, gold-themed holiday display with a cozy yet elegant feel.

Daybreak Setup Two

  • • Two white lit branch trees in tall white planters, decorated with gold ornaments, evergreen accents, and large white satin bows.
  • • Five evergreen wreaths with white bows arranged on popular white trimmed wall.
  • • Light wood bench in the center with a cozy white knit blanket draped over it.
  • • Gold ornaments scattered on the floor and around the bench with snow-like floor covering with white winter foliage at the base of the trees.

Rates

All rates are per room, and applicable to HST. Bulk hour discounts are applied automatically based on the total amount of hours being booked. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we have a soft cap of 8 people per booking, per room (including the hub area). If you wish to have additional guests, a large group fee of $50/hour($60/hour Sat-Sun) will be applied, up to a maximum of 12 guests. More than 12 guests will require another room to be booked simultaneously. Groups between 16 and 24 are required to book all three rooms. We do not provide photography services, just the rental of the rooms!
