Rates
All rates are per room, and applicable to HST. Bulk hour discounts are applied automatically based on the total amount of hours being booked. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we have a soft cap of 8 people per booking, per room (including the hub area). If you wish to have additional guests, a large group fee of $50/hour($60/hour Sat-Sun) will be applied, up to a maximum of 12 guests. More than 12 guests will require another room to be booked simultaneously. Groups between 16 and 24 are required to book all three rooms. We do not provide photography services, just the rental of the rooms!
- Base Rate $100/hr ($120/hr Sat-Sun)
- 3 - 4 hours -10%
- 5 - 10 hours -15%
- 10 hours+ -20%
- Half day (6 hours) rental for all spaces$1300($1500 Sat-Sun)
- Full day rental for all spaces$2700($3000 Sat-Sun)
